Fried Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the fresh small rows. Soak in bleeding for ten minutes.
2.
Add ginger slices, star anise and pepper to a pot under cold water. Boiled water.
3.
The ribs are boiled and cooked over low heat.
4.
Add a little salt and five-spice powder. Marinate white pepper and rapeseed oil for more than one hour. This adjustment should be lighter, because after a while, the crispy fried chicken powder also has a salty taste.
5.
Prepare a bag of crispy fried chicken powder. It is sold in every major supermarket. If not, use granular starch instead.
6.
Sprinkle the fried chicken powder on the marinated ribs.
7.
Stir evenly, so that each rib is coated with this fried chicken powder.
8.
Mix together cumin powder, barbecue powder, and chili noodles and set aside.
9.
Put some rapeseed oil in the pot, turn the heat to low when 60% of the oil is warm, and add the ribs piece by piece.
10.
Fry one side and then fry the other side.
11.
Turn over several times in the middle.
12.
Re-explode on medium heat for one minute.
13.
Rise the pot to control the oil and let it cool for later use.
14.
Sprinkle the dried powder and white sesame seeds.
Tips:
The heat is the key.
