Fried Pork Slices with Potherb Mustard

1. An appropriate amount of potherb mustard, wash and cut into fine filaments, soak in clean water for a while, remove and set aside

2. Sliced pork belly and set aside

3. Put the oil in the pot and heat, add the meat slices and stir fry until the color changes

4. Put the minced green onion and ginger in the pot

5. Add soybeans and soy sauce and fry until it's colored

6. Add potherb mustard and stir fry evenly

7. Add a little salt to taste, (if the potherb mustard has enough saltiness, no need to add salt)

8. Serving
