Fried Pork with Bean Sprouts

1. Bean sprouts wash and control water

2. Wash the pork and cut it into thin slices, then change it into shredded pork

3. Shred green onion, mince ginger

4. Put the shredded pork into a bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, minced ginger, a little shredded green onion, cooking wine and a little water and starch.

5. Add another 1 tablespoon of water until the seasoning is absorbed

6. Saute the shallots and ginger in a hot pot with cold oil

7. Pour shredded pork and stir fry until the shredded pork turns white.

8. Pour in bean sprouts, add a little cooking wine, vinegar, and soy sauce and stir fry for about 1 minute

9. Spread the cake shreds evenly on the bean sprouts, cover and simmer for 3 minutes

10. Add minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce and sesame oil to a small bowl to make a bowl of juice

11. Turn off the fire and pour the sauce along the side of the pan

12. Turn the cake shreds up and down evenly, then you can serve it in a bowl

Tips:

When frying bean sprouts, cooking with vinegar can make the bean sprouts crispy and tender, and at the same time can remove the beany taste
