This was made when I first started to learn to cook, and suddenly I feel that my cooking mood now is different from my mood at the time~

When I first started to learn how to cook, it was based on the dishes my mother had cooked, and I improved it a little bit~

My mother used to cook dishes with heavy tastes, but it is my turn to change it anyway, because my mother has three highs, and the diet has to go a light route~

This dish is obviously lighter, with less oil, less salt and no chicken essence. Lightness does not mean that it is light and tasteless, but the original flavor of the vegetables itself~

Fried Pork with Beans

1. Remove the old tendons from the snap beans, and cut them into filaments obliquely after washing.

2. Peel and slice garlic, wash and shred ginger, slice onion diagonally, and shred meat.

3. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot. After the oil is heated, add the shredded meat, add the onion, ginger, and garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Pour the beans, add some cooking wine and soy sauce.

5. Season with salt according to taste, and stir-fry.

Tips:

1. Cut the beans as thin as possible, so that they will be cooked better, otherwise the beans will not be easy to cook in a short time.

2. When making beans, they would rather sell them but they must be cooked thoroughly, not half-baked to avoid food poisoning.
