Fried Pork with Chili

1. Cut the meat into thin slices, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, peanut oil, and a teaspoon of starch, mix well, and set aside.

2. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, cut into thin strips, soak the tempeh in water, cut the shallots, and chop the dried peppers.

3. Heat the pan with oil, put the meat on the oil when the temperature is high, and stir fry.
