There are many ways to make kohlrabi. Everyone knows that it is pickled and made into pickles. It is good as a usual side dish. You can also stir-fry and eat. I like the fresh taste. It is sweet and crunchy. The more people eat, the more they love it. The method is simple and there is no difficulty, if you like it, you might as well give it a try.

Fried Pork with Kohlrabi

1. Wash the kohlrabi and remove the skin;

2. Cut into strips with a vegetable grater;

3. Put an appropriate amount of mixed oil in the wok, put the pork slices into the wok after the oil is hot, and mix the pork with a small amount of starch and salt after the pork is cut. This treatment can make the meat tasty and not old;

4. Stir-fry until the meat changes color and smells, add green onion, ginger and garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance;
