Fried Pork with Old Cucumber

Wash the old cucumber, peel and remove the flesh, and cut into thin slices; pick and wash the green onions and cut into sections.

Shred green and red peppers, ginger, and garlic for later use.

The lean pig meat is cleaned and cut into thin slices.

Add an egg white to the meat slices first.

Then add half a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of cooking wine, and two tablespoons of dried starch.
