Tips for cutting onions:
1. Before cutting the onion, soak the kitchen knife in ice water for a while. When you cut it again, you won't shed tears because of the stimulation of volatile substances.
2. Put the onion in the microwave for a little bit, the skin is good, and it doesn't shed tears when cut.
3. When cutting onions, you can light a candle next to the cutting board to reduce the irritating smell of onions.
4. Peel off the outer skin of the onion and wash it, and then put it in the freezer of the refrigerator to keep the onion lower than the indoor temperature. Then take out the onion and chop, because the moisture in the air will condense a layer of uniform water droplets on the onion surface (including the cut surface) below room temperature. The water film formed by the small water droplets surrounds the onion section. The irritating gas cannot be volatilized.
Stir-fried pork with onion is best fried with fat and lean pork
You can leave the coriander as a garnish, or you can add a few more if you like it (turn off the heat, cut it into pieces, add it to the pot and mix well before taking it out of the pot).
