Fried Pork with Pleurotus Eryngii
1.
Slice the oyster mushrooms and blanch them for later use.

Add the chopped green onion and pork slices in a pan with hot oil and stir fry.
3.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry.
4.
Put pleurotus eryngii and hot pepper.
5.
Add salt and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Out of the pan.
