Fried Pork with Pleurotus Eryngii

Mince ginger, mince pepper, pleurotus eryngii, and diced tenderloin.

Boil the Pleurotus eryngii in boiling water to remove the fishy smell.

Remove and drain the water.

Pour oil in the pan, sauté the minced ginger, pour the tenderloin and stir fry.

Pour the mushrooms.

Pour in the dark soy sauce for coloring, and drip into the fresh soy sauce.

Pour the diced chili and stir fry.

Season with salt, sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well before serving.
