Fried Pork with Potatoes

Cut the lean meat into thin and even slices.

Add cooking wine to the meat slices.

Add two more spoons of starch.

Scratch well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices, soak them in clean water for 15 minutes.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat it up, add the chopped green onion and sauté.

Pour the meat slices into the pan and stir fry until the color changes.

Add the potato chips and stir fry together.

Add chicken essence.

Add light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Add table salt.

Stir fry until the potato slices and meat slices are cooked thoroughly and turn off the heat.

Add a few drops of sesame oil.

It's ready to be eaten out of the pot and served on a plate.
