Fried Pork with Shredded Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients and peel the potatoes.

Shred the lean pork, chopped green onions, and shred potatoes soak in water for later use.

Heat oil in a wok, pour shredded pork and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour shredded potatoes and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while and cook with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt chicken bouillon and sugar.

Continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes to get out of the pot.
Tips:
After the potato shreds are cut and soaked in water to remove excess starch, the fried potato shreds are more refreshing and crispy.
