Fried Pork with Yam

Prepare the ingredients. Cut the yam and carrots into diamond shapes. You can also cut them without cutting. Then blanch the yam with water and marinate the meat with starch and a little salt for a while.

Heat the VCC air cushion pan and pour the oil.

Pour the meat slices and stir fry to change the color.

Then pour in chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Put the meat slices on a plate and set aside.

Pour a proper amount of oil in another pot, pour the yam, carrot slices, fungus, and green pepper into a Korean VCC air cushion pan and stir fry. What I said here is that this air cushion pan is a non-stick pan, and stir-fry is good for cooking soup. !

Stir-fry for about two minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, and add according to your own taste!

After adding salt, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan.

Tips:
1. During this period of time, I newly started with a Korean VCC air-cushion pot, and finally made cleaning after a meal easier and more convenient! After using it a few times, I really feel that it is indeed non-stick.
2. The yam needs to be blanched in water to wash off the mucus on the surface.
