Fried Potato Chips with Tomatoes

Two small potatoes, two small tomatoes. Wash and peel separately.

Cut potatoes into slices, cut tomatoes into pieces, add a little sugar, and chopped green onions.

Heat a pan with some oil, and fry the scallions.

Add tomatoes and stir fry.

Add potato slices and stir fry. Thinly sliced potato slices are easy to cook. If they are thickly sliced, simmer for a while.

Add some oyster sauce, add some salt, add some five-spice powder and stir fry evenly.
