Fried Potato Vermicelli with Egg Clams

Ingredients: potato vermicelli, razor clams (washed and boiled), eggs, chives

Peel the blanched razor clams and take the meat, set aside.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Unpack the potato vermicelli, put it in a large bowl and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.
