Fried Potatoes with Carrots

Wash and slice potatoes and carrots, chop the onion and garlic.

Wash the potato slices in clean water, then fry them in a pan until they are yellow, remove them and put them in a bowl.

Stir-fry carrots with remaining oil until soft, add green onions and stir-fry slightly.

After the scallions are fragrant, pour the potato chips into the bowl and stir fry.

Season with salt and light soy sauce, sprinkle some water and simmer (if you prefer to eat crispy, skip it) sprinkle with minced garlic and bring out.

It looked a little bit burnt, but I tasted it, but it was delicious 🙂
Tips:
1. The potato chips should be soaked in clean water for a while to prevent sticking.
2. The purpose of simmering in water is to make the taste soft, and for those who like to be crispy, just fry it directly.
