Fried Potatoes with Hairy Crabs

Ingredients: Potatoes

Hairy crabs (cooked)

Scallions

Wash the potatoes and peel them.

Cut into small pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

The hairy crab digs out the crab shell, removes the crab gills, and removes the crab bag. Place it on the chopping board and cut it for use.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut potatoes and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are cooked and tender.

Then, combine the cut hairy crabs and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt, light soy sauce, and sugar.

Season and stir well, set aside the green onions and serve.
