Fried Radish Balls

Rub white radish into silk.

Add a pinch of salt and marinate for ten minutes.

Squeeze the water from the radishes.

Add egg flour and pepper thirteen fragrant, a little salt, and stir well.

Stir it into a paste.

Gently round it with your hands.

Put it in a frying pan and fry it.

Fry on both sides until slightly yellow.

Put all into the oil pan again, and re-fry again.
10.
After the second frying, remove and drain. Let cool for a while.

The fragrant radish balls will be fried.
