I’m resting at home today, I want to eat carrot cake, and I think of my previous failures, forget it. Then change it to fried radish balls! Anyway, the ingredients are also shredded radish and flour. The difference is that shredded radish cakes are separated into batter and shredded radish, while radish balls are a mixture of batter and shredded radish. Today, there are only green radishes in the house. I first shred the radishes, then add some salt to marinate them to kill the water, and then I started to season them. I also added a ham sausage. Make the batter thicker and make it easier to shape. I tasted it after it was fried. It was really fragrant and fresh. I took a small bite, and I contracted each plate! "

Fried Radish Balls

1. Wash the green radishes and peel them.

2. Use a plane to cut into filaments and add some salt to marinate the water.

3. Squeeze the shredded radish, add the ham, egg, white pepper, five-spice powder, chicken powder, and chopped green onion.

4. Then add an appropriate amount of flour.

5. Stir well.

6. After the oil pan is heated, put in the finished radish balls.

7. Fry it until golden brown, remove it and soak up the oil with a kitchen towel.

8. Serve to the table and start eating.

Tips:

They are usually made with white radishes. My family only has green radishes. I am too lazy to buy them. The finished product tastes good. You can make carrot balls with a spoon, or you can roll them back and forth with your hands.
