Fried Radish Patties

A white radish is crushed with a food processor, or chopped into fines for later use.

Cut the shallots into chopped green onions and put them together with the white radish.

Continue to add the minced meat, 2 eggs, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, mushroom extract, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mix them all together and mix well.

Add flour to the mixed filling and mix well. The flour acts as a sticking agent to keep the shape of the cake.

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, scoop a spoonful of the mixed filling with a spoon, and flatten it into the pan. A spoonful is a cake. Fry until golden on both sides.
