Fried Radish with Yuba

Ingredients: radish, yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections).

Wash the radishes.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut radish and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the radishes are cooked and soft.

Then, add the yuba and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
8.
Add the right amount of sugar.
9.
Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
