Fried Rice

Wash the onions, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, green red peppers, sausages, coriander, and shallots, then dice them for later use, pound two eggs and put them in a bowl for later use!

Pour the oil into the pot and wait until the oil is 40% hot. Add onions and mushrooms and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Then add sausage, green and red pepper, carrot and stir fry a few times before adding rice.

Stir-fry until the rice is evenly soft, add salt and light soy sauce, then pour the egg liquid into the rice and stir-fry.

Then add cilantro and shallots, stir fry, add chicken essence and pepper, and serve.
