Fried Rice
1.
Dice all the side dishes and set aside
2.
Add oil to the pot and heat up
3.
Pour in the bacon, stir-fry on low heat, and fry out the oil (you can use bacon or fresh meat)

Add all other side dishes after sautéing
5.
Stir-fry all side dishes until 5 ripe
6.
Add the rice, use a spoon to squeeze the rice, and stir-fry evenly

Add salt, stir-fry the light soy sauce and cooking wine evenly, and just get out of the pan (the bacon itself is salty, so you can put less salt)

A bowl of fragrant fried rice is done
