Today’s upload of fried rice is mainly because I usually like to make it, because the time is tight to bring children, but I want to let the child’s husband eat well. The fried rice is simple and quick, and it has meat and vegetables, nutrition and deliciousness. It is accompanied by a bowl of soup and homemade. The kimchi is really good!

Ingredients

1. Dice the ham and carrots, peel the corn kernels (I forgot to take photos of the corn) mince garlic (half a root is fine) beat the eggs and stir-fry them and set aside for later use

2. First, pour a little oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, pour the corn kernels and pea kernels together and stir-fry evenly. Then add a little salt and then add a small bowl of water and boil until the water is almost dry. Then pour the ham sausage and carrots together and add Stir fry for two minutes with a little salt and a tablespoon of light soy sauce. Pour in the rice and continue to fry until the rice feels like grains. Then pour in the scrambled eggs and stir well.

Tips:

When frying the rice, be sure to stir-fry on a medium and low heat, so that it will not stick to the pan but also can be scattered. If there is a little stickiness during the frying process, don’t worry, just use a spatula to shovel it away...
