Fried Rice
1.
Dice the ham and carrots, peel the corn kernels (I forgot to take photos of the corn) mince garlic (half a root is fine) beat the eggs and stir-fry them and set aside for later use
2.
First, pour a little oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, pour the corn kernels and pea kernels together and stir-fry evenly. Then add a little salt and then add a small bowl of water and boil until the water is almost dry. Then pour the ham sausage and carrots together and add Stir fry for two minutes with a little salt and a tablespoon of light soy sauce. Pour in the rice and continue to fry until the rice feels like grains. Then pour in the scrambled eggs and stir well.
Tips:
When frying the rice, be sure to stir-fry on a medium and low heat, so that it will not stick to the pan but also can be scattered. If there is a little stickiness during the frying process, don’t worry, just use a spatula to shovel it away...
