Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients are ready

Cut garlic sprouts, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms for later use

Beat the eggs, then fry them, serve and set aside

Soak dry rice noodles in cold water for about 10 minutes

Put oil in the wok, put the chopped green onion in the pan

Pour in the sliced garlic sprouts carrots and mushrooms

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce

Add a spoonful of salt to taste

Stir fry

Add the soaked rice noodles and stir fry quickly

Tips:
Dry rice noodles should be soaked in advance, soak in cold water to soften, soaking time should not be too long, otherwise it will become sticky when frying
