Fried Rice Noodles

Prepare the ingredients (and 2 small red peppers)

Beat the eggs and spread them into egg skins

Cut egg crust, carrot, cucumber, crispy sausage, red pepper, small green cabbage, and set aside

In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and half a teaspoon of sesame oil, and mix well.

Pour oil in a pot and heat up, sauté the chilies

Add carrot shreds and stir fry to soften

Pour the cucumber and stir fry

Then add egg crust and shredded ham, stir fry evenly, serve and set aside

Re-pour oil in the pot and heat (more oil), pour in the pho and stir fry continuously to prevent burning

Then add mung bean sprouts and green vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

Add the fried egg skin, carrots, crispy sausage, cucumber and stir fry evenly

Pour the seasoning sauce, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence and stir well.
