Fried Rice with Abalone Sauce

Knock the eggs into a bowl first, and a pack of abalone juice.

Pleurotus eryngii, green onions, ginger.
3.
Cut pleurotus eryngii into thin strips, and finely chop green onion and ginger.

Put oil in the pot, add green onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry.
6.
Add the rice and salt, stir fry evenly.
7.
Pour in the egg liquid and stir fry.
8.
Pour the abalone juice.
9.
Add pepper and MSG to taste.
10.
Put it on the plate and you're ready to eat.
