Fried Rice with Bacon and Colorful Vegetables
1.
First blanch the diced carrots, sweet corn kernels, and green beans until they are mature.
Take out the cold water twice and set aside.
2.
Wash the rice twice and choose the water level just after the rice has been submerged.
3.
Steam for about 25 minutes.
4.
Then let it cool, and mix the rice with a spoon before frying.
5.
Pour oil into the pan, and fry the sliced bacon until fragrant.
6.
Pour in the crushed rice, and continue to crush the agglomerated areas while sautéing, ensuring that the grains are distinct.
7.
Pour in the blanched diced carrots, sweet corn kernels, and green beans and stir fry.
8.
Add appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce to taste.
9.
Finally, add the diced crab sticks, stir fry a few times, and then add a little MSG after turning off the heat.
Tips:
1. When steaming the rice, the water should not be too much, otherwise the fried rice with distinct grains will not be formed.
2. The rice will become harder when it cools, so it is suitable for fried rice.
