Since the beginning of summer, the most food for my son is fried rice.
One is that fried rice is easy and quick to make, the other is that the meals are integrated and easy to carry, and the third is that the son likes to eat.
In order to make the fried rice richer, I usually choose a variety of ingredients and try to share half of the meals.
I bought long beans two days ago, blanched them in hot water and put them in the refrigerator to freeze them, so this time the fried rice was made with long beans.

Fried Rice with Beans

1. Wash the long beans and blanch them with hot water.

2. Chop the long beans and set aside.

3. Cut the carrots into small pieces and set aside.

4. Cut the ham sausage into small pieces for later use.

5. Put the oil in the middle, heat up, beat the eggs and fry them

6. Then put in the carrot chopped

7. Add the chopped long beans

8. Stir-fry evenly and add diced ham

9. Stir-fry evenly, put in the right amount of salt and light soy sauce

10. Then pour the leftover rice

11. Stir-fry until the rice is evenly flavored.

Tips:

The long beans are blanched with hot water for ripeness and flavor.
