Fried Rice with Beans

Children like to eat this kind of beans the most. Every time they ask for more beans, I pick out a small bowl and wash them for later use. The beans can’t come out too early, especially after washing, the beans will also oxidize and change color. Eat freshly grilled.

After the beans are blanched, subcooled water to control the moisture for later use.

Tips:
1. Bean fried rice is best to choose bulging fried beans, and more peas fried rice is delicious. If there is no such kind of fried beans as good as ordinary beans, there is no need to cook peas.
2. Beans are more like meat. Stewed beans with meat are more delicious. It is also delicious without meat and a little bit of lard.
3. My home has homemade soybean paste, which is green and pollution-free, and very good seasoning. If not, use light soy sauce to season it and it will taste the same.
