Fried Rice with Beans
1.
Prepare the ingredients, soak the dried shiitake mushrooms and shrimps, cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips, and dice the shrimps. Cut the green onion into sections, cut the pork into slices, select small sections of the beans, wash and set aside.
2.
After the pot is heated, add a small amount of oil, then add green onions and sauté fragrant, add a small spoon of fish sauce, and quickly rise the pot.
3.
Put the cooking oil in the pot again. When the oil is 80%, add the mushrooms and shrimps, fry until slightly yellow and smell the aroma, then add the pork and continue to fry for about two minutes, then add the beans and stir fry together.
4.
When the beans are fried until they reach five maturity, add the red fermented bean curd and mix thoroughly, then pour it into the pot, add a little salt and chicken essence, and simmer until the beans are cooked through. When the juice is about to be collected, add the rice and scallion oil together and stir evenly. Finally, it can be out of the pot with a low heat.
Tips:
Fish sauce and fermented bean curd are both salty, so you only need to add a small amount of salt to taste fresh during the fried rice process.
