Fried Rice with Beans

Cut the beans into small pieces. Dice carrots and shiitake mushrooms. Prepare the corn kernels.

Fried eggs. To fry.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, stir the scallion and ginger into the wok and stir fry the beans.

Stir fry with oyster sauce.

Stir fry with salt and MSG. Cover the pot with a proper amount of water and simmer for a while.

When the beans are ready for 7 or 8 minutes, the carrots are stir-fried in the pot.

Stir the corn kernels in the pan.

Stir fry the shiitake mushrooms in a pot.
9.
Stir the rice in the pot.
10.
Stir the eggs in the pan.
11.
Stir-fry evenly before serving.
