Fried Rice with Beans and Chili Egg

Wash the green and red peppers and cut them diagonally, remove the head and tail of the beans, wash and cut into sections

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the beans and stir-fry until they are about eighty to nine times cooked, add the chili and stir-fry evenly

Beat in an egg to loosen

Add leftover rice and stir-fry evenly, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Laoganma chili sauce and stir-fry evenly

Just pick up the pot and put it on the plate

Beans must be fried before they can be eaten!
