A bowl of fried rice looks monotonous, but in fact it is not ordinary. Diced chicken, eggs, potatoes, peas, corn, carrots, onions, black fungus, there are many varieties of ingredients, rich in nutrition and balanced. The fried rice tastes good and has a rich texture.

Fried Rice with Chicken and Seasonal Vegetables

1. Wash the chicken breast and cut into cubes, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar, stir evenly, and marinate for a while

2. Wash potatoes, carrots, onions, and peppers and cut into cubes. Wash peas and corn.

3. Soak the black fungus and cut into cubes

4. Scrambled eggs for later use

5. Pick up the frying pan, put the onion into the pot and stir fragrant, then the chicken will be fried

6. Potatoes fried in the pot

7. Peas fried in a pot

8. Stir-fry carrots

9. Fried fungus in the pot

10. Stir-fry corn and chili

11. Stir fry with salt

12. Fried rice in the pot

13. Stir-fry the eggs evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy
