Fried Rice with Chicken Tempeh and Mustard Greens

Dice green onion, hot pepper and green onion, mince ginger.

Cut tempeh with a knife, dice mustard, and mince garlic.

Cut the meat into small cubes, add the cooking wine, light soy sauce and pepper to beat well, then add cornstarch and mix well to marinate.

The rice is heated in the microwave for 10 seconds to break up.

Add oil and star anise from the pot, stir fragrantly, remove the star anise.

Add the meat, tempeh and ginger and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add ingredients other than garlic and stir well.

Stir in rice and stir well.
9.
Add garlic, pour in vinegar on the side of the pot and stir-fry well.
10.
Dish on the plate, sprinkle with diced tomatoes.
Tips:
Because there are tempeh and mustard, so add salt to master.
