Today happens to be my fourth anniversary of joining Gourmet Jie

Fried Rice with Choy Sum and Egg

1. Wash the choy sum and spring onions

2. Chopped chopped cabbage, chopped ginger, chopped green onion

3. Heat the pan into the oil

4. Knock into the egg

5. After frying the cooked eggs, crush them with a spatula

6. Pour out the broken eggs and set aside

7. Add oil again, add ginger and sauté

8. Stir fry with choy sum until broken

9. Add rice and stir fry

10. Stir-fry until the rice is loose and not clumpy

11. Add the broken egg

12. Stir in salt and light soy sauce

13. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry well
