Fried Rice with Clams
1.
Spit the clams out of the sand, add a few slices of ginger to the pot and cook until you open your mouth

Take out the clam meat in warm water

Clean the meat again and remove it for later use

Dice the vegetables and put on a plate for later use, add a small amount of salt to the duck eggs and beat them up for later use

Put the duck eggs in the pan and fry them, set aside
6.
Put a small amount of peanut oil in the pot, add diced carrots and stir fry, then add chopped onions and stir fry evenly
7.
Add the diced cucumber and stir fry evenly

Put the rice in, stir fry the ingredients and rice evenly
9.
Put in the fried eggs

Add the blanched clams and stir fry for a while, add salt to taste before serving

Serve and enjoy
Tips:
1. To make fried rice, use overnight rice, preferably not steamed very soft rice
2. The rice is put in pieces at the beginning, flatten the rice with a spatula, and then stir-fry it to loosen it.
3. The clams must be spit out sand and blanched again
