Fried Rice with Colorful Sausage

Cut the purple cabbage into small pieces, wash and drain. Wash the cucumber, cut into sections and cut into small cubes.

Wash the onion, cut into sections and cut into small cubes. Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into small pieces.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. Break up the overnight rice and set aside.

Wash the basil. Place the wok on the electric ceramic stove, select Shuanghuan, and turn on the 7th high fire. When the pan is hot, pour an appropriate amount of oil, add onions, carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, and sausage after the oil is hot, and stir fry.

Pour the beaten rice. Add salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence, and stir well.

Tips:
1. The fire temperature of the electric ceramic stove is adjustable, pay attention when frying, and adjust the temperature appropriately.
2. I use ACA electric ceramic stove, if not, you can use other pots.
3. Put the sesame oil at the end to make the fried rice more fragrant.
