Fried Rice with Diced Meat, Pumpkin and Seasonal Vegetables

Prepare the ingredients;

To process the diced meat, first add a little salt and water and stir constantly to let the diced meat eat water, and make sure that the diced meat is tender after sautéing; put starch in the pot and stir well with soy sauce;

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot to heat, pour in the diced meat, and stir-fry until one side is in full contact with the oil, and stir-fry until browned;

Pour in ginger slices and diced carrots and stir fry a few times;

Pour in the diced pumpkin and continue to stir-fry for a few more times. The diced pumpkin is easier to soften and pour it in later;

Finally, add the diced cucumber and stir fry a few times to mix the diced vegetables with the rice evenly;

Take out the ginger slices from the fried rice, put it in a bowl, and add a small amount of cooked black sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. Personally recommend to use fresh diced meat, you can buy shredded pork home and change the knife, it feels better than using ham; 2. The diced meat must be processed, otherwise it will be more firewood when fried; 3. If you don’t like to use oyster sauce , You can use light soy sauce. When the taste is adjusted, add rice and stir fry; 4. Add a vegetable soup and cold dishes to make a meal ready and convenient.
