Fried Rice with Egg Sausage

1. Prepare raw materials, one each for sausage, carrot and egg

2. Diced sausages and carrots

3. Wash and chop garlic leaves

4. Heat the pan with oil, knock the eggs in, turn quickly with a spatula

5. Add carrots and stir fry over high heat

6. Add sausages and continue to stir fry

7. When the sausage is half cooked, add the rice

8. After the rice is stir-fried, add garlic leaves, salt and soy sauce

Tips:

If you don’t like garlic leaves, you can also use chopped green onion or other green leaves instead. The fried rice will have a complete color, fragrance, and taste.
