Fried Rice with Fritters and Egg

Prepare the ingredients first. You can mix and match the vegetables freely. If there are garlic sprouts at home, I put some garlic sprouts, which tastes good.

First wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into small cubes, and cut the fried dough sticks into small pieces for later use.

Fry the eggs in advance and prepare them for later use. When scrambled eggs, the oil temperature must be higher. When the egg liquid is poured in, it will immediately become fluffy, so that the scrambled eggs are fluffy and soft without any fishy smell.

Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry the garlic sprouts and fried dough sticks, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a little salt to taste.

Then pour the rice in, then use a shovel to squeeze it. The rice used for fried rice must be steamed harder, and put a little less water, so that the fried rice will have rice grains one by one. Chewy, my steamed rice is a bit soft today.

Pour in the scrambled eggs.

Stir-fry the rice, vegetables, and eggs until it tastes good, and you can eat it out of the pan.
