Fried Rice with Garlic Bacon

To prepare bacon, it is recommended to cut into pieces (pictured) and cook for two minutes, then remove and cut into small dices

Wash the garlic moss and dice

Prepare scallion slices

Bring to the pot on the fire, pour in a proper amount of vegetable oil, and boil until it is ripe

Add bacon and stir fry

Add garlic moss and stir fry

Pour a small amount of light soy sauce

Add the freshly steamed rice and stir fry evenly, sprinkle some salt and leave the pot.
Tips:
Don’t steam the rice too wet, make it a little bit dry, it’s easy to fry and it tastes better;
The bacon is cooked ahead of time, and it can be done directly by stir-frying;
