Egg fried rice is easy to cook and delicious. It is also a relatively simple meal. Add some favorite vegetables and add a bowl of leftover rice to make it delicious.

Fried Rice with Green Beans and Eggs

1. Carrots are peeled and diced, corn kernels and green beans are ready

2. Add water to the pot to boil, pour the vegetables into the pot and cook, drain the water and set aside.

3. Add oil to the pot, pour in the beaten egg liquid, spread it out, scramble the eggs and put it out

4. Heat oil in a wok, pour in the cooked vegetables and stir fry

5. Pour a bowl of leftover rice into the pot

6. Use a spatula to spread the rice and stir-fry

7. Pour the scrambled eggs back into the pan

Tips:

Green beans and carrots can be boiled first and then put in to fry. This will make the fry faster. It is better to use leftover rice for fried rice.
