Fried Rice with Green Beans and Eggs

Carrots are peeled and diced, corn kernels and green beans are ready

Add water to the pot to boil, pour the vegetables into the pot and cook, drain the water and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, pour in the beaten egg liquid, spread it out, scramble the eggs and put it out

Heat oil in a wok, pour in the cooked vegetables and stir fry

Pour a bowl of leftover rice into the pot

Use a spatula to spread the rice and stir-fry

Pour the scrambled eggs back into the pan
8.
Add the right amount of salt
9.
Add right amount of chicken essence
10.
Drizzle a little light soy sauce and stir fry evenly
Tips:
Green beans and carrots can be boiled first and then put in to fry. This will make the fry faster. It is better to use leftover rice for fried rice.
