Fried Rice with Green Beans and Eggs

Chop the pork into minced meat.

Add appropriate amount of starch and salt light soy sauce to the minced meat and stir.

Beat the eggs, thaw the green beans in advance, and chop the onions.

Pour the eggs into the wok and stir-fry them and serve them out.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and stir-fry the green beans.

Add chopped onion.

Add a little water and simmer until the vegetables are cooked through.

Pour the minced meat into the pan and fry until white.

Add the scrambled eggs and green beans.

Pour in the steamed rice.

Stir the rice with all the ingredients evenly, drizzle a little light soy sauce to get out of the pot.
Tips:
A little salt was added when marinating the meat. There was no salt in all the rice. At the end, only a little light soy sauce was enough to taste.
Green beans are not easy to soften, so add some water to boil.
