Fried rice with ham and mustard egg, adding hot peppers and shallots, is delicious and nutritious and easy to operate. It is the first choice fried rice on my table. (You have to buy lightly salted mustard)

Fried Rice with Ham and Mustard Egg

1. Heat leftover rice in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (It is easy to disperse when heated into the pot)

2. Wash the mustard and cut the ham into small cubes.

3. The side dishes are also cut into small dices.

4. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a few drops of vinegar (to remove fishy) and a few drops of water (to increase tenderness) and beat well.

5. Get out of the pot, add oil and pepper to fry until fragrant, remove the pepper and discard it. Scramble the eggs.

6. The scrambled eggs are served.

7. Add mustard, ham and pepper and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

8. Add the ingredients and stir well.

9. Add rice and stir-fry well.

10. Add the eggs and stir-fry well. Pour in the flavour and vinegar and stir-fry well.

11. Served rice.

Tips:

Because of the addition of mustard, friends with a weak taste should not add salt.
The fried rice should be simmered and fried to make it delicious.
