Fried Rice with Ham and Mustard Egg

Heat leftover rice in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (It is easy to disperse when heated into the pot)

Wash the mustard and cut the ham into small cubes.

The side dishes are also cut into small dices.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a few drops of vinegar (to remove fishy) and a few drops of water (to increase tenderness) and beat well.

Get out of the pot, add oil and pepper to fry until fragrant, remove the pepper and discard it. Scramble the eggs.

Tips:
Because of the addition of mustard, friends with a weak taste should not add salt.
The fried rice should be simmered and fried to make it delicious.
