Fried Rice with Ham and Silver Bud

Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain the water; cut the ham into small pieces

Pour oil in a hot pan, add ham and sauté fragrant

Put mung bean sprouts and stir fry a few times

Add leftover rice and stir fry evenly

Add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce in turn and stir-fry evenly

Tips:
I don’t have any scallions at home, just use boiled scallion oil to fry the rice, the same delicious!
