The slightly spicy ham and silver bud fried rice is very appetizing for the big baby, and it is delicious. Ham sausage is really not a healthy food, but it's okay to eat it once in a while. Seeing the child happily eats, being a mother is also very happy!

Fried Rice with Ham and Silver Bud

1. Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain the water; cut the ham into small pieces

2. Pour oil in a hot pan, add ham and sauté fragrant

3. Put mung bean sprouts and stir fry a few times

4. Add leftover rice and stir fry evenly

5. Add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce in turn and stir-fry evenly

6. Put the Laoganma chili sauce and stir-fry evenly, just start the pan and put it on the plate

Tips:

I don’t have any scallions at home, just use boiled scallion oil to fry the rice, the same delicious!
