Fried Rice with Lard Residue and Soy Sauce

Wash the cabbage and cut into fine slices, wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms after soaking, and slice the lard (the same is the raw one, mine is boiled and salted).

Put the lard and shiitake mushrooms in the pot and fry on low heat.

Remove the shiitake mushrooms first, then fry the lard for a while and drain the oil.

With a little oil left in the pot, add salt and fry the cabbage.

Add white rice, shiitake mushrooms and lard residue.

Add soy sauce to taste and stir well.
