Fried Rice with Mussels and Dried Bacon
1.
Dice bacon, mince garlic, soak the dried mussels in advance and set aside
2.
Saute the minced garlic in a wok first
3.
Saute the minced garlic, add bacon and dried mussels, add a small amount of salt, and stir fry for a minute or two.
4.
Turn off the heat, add rice and stir, then add a small amount of light soy sauce and continue to stir evenly.
5.
Stir fry for two minutes on medium heat
Tips:
1 After turning off the heat, add rice and stir to minimize sticking to the pan.
2The light soy sauce is added while stirring the rice, and the fried rice is fresher.
3 If you like dark fried rice, you can add some dark soy sauce.
4I have a baby at home, so I only added salt and light soy sauce. The light soy sauce itself is filled with a lot of seasonings, so I didn't add anything else. The fry out of this way is already very delicious. You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste
