Fried Rice with Mustard and Egg

Prepare the ingredients

Hot pan oil

Add the egg liquid and stir-fry it and set it aside.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, put the ham sausage, carrots, diced red pepper, and minced garlic in the pot and stir fry for a while

Add mustard shreds and stir fry a few times

Add the soaked sea rice and stir fry a few times

Put in the rice

Tips:
The best rice is leftover rice. If it is too dry, add a little water to it. Make sure to stir-fry until the rice grains are scattered. This will taste better.
