Fried Rice with Onion and Olive Vegetables

Beat the eggs, add oil, salt, and chopped green onion, mix well;

Onions, carrots, and red peppers are all cut into small cubes for later use;

Hot oil pan, fry and stir-fry for later use;

Fill the pot with oil, add onion, carrot and red pepper and stir-fry well;

After cooking, add rice and stir-fry together;

Add a little salt, and stir-fry a spoonful of olive vegetables;

Sprinkle chopped green onion and stir-fry well before starting the pan.
